Brian graduated from Belhaven College, Jackson, MS in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business and received his MBA in 1999 from Belhaven College, Memphis, TN. He has served as a professor of Economics, Management, Communications and Personal Financial Planning at Belhaven College and earned the distinguished alumni award for outstanding service. Brian has served as chairman of the Germantown Baptist Church Building Team that constructed a 50,000 square foot multi-use facility and was also their 2005 Chairman of Finance. Currently, he is their 2007 President of the Board of Directors, a member of the Germantown Chamber and he participates in the Memphis Entrepreneurial Round Table.
As a fifteen-year veteran in the Performance Improvement Industry and as founder of the Performance Marketing Group in Memphis, Tennessee, Brian has developed budgets, planned resource allocations and devised a business plan for operating as well as managing performance incentive programs. Brian's business successes are mostly attributable to his vision, his leadership skills and his commitment to getting things done right.
Brian enjoys his family, serving in his church, and hobbies including golfing, coaching, running and biking.

Christa joined Memphis Destination Management in April 2010. She graduated from The University of Memphis, Memphis, TN with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a minor is Music. Christa prepares, tracks and maintains the budgets for our events. Her attention to detail, organizational skills and promptness are vital to the success of our programs.
Christa's background in Music and Entertainment are also beneficial to our event planning process. She performs with the local band NTO (Never Too Old), performing classic rock, country and bluegrass at local venues. She also enjoy spending time with her family, traveling and reading.

Jay attended Delta State University and The University of Memphis where he studied Graphic Design and Photography. He has over fourteen years of photography experience. As an event photographer, Jay is responsible for documenting every area of your event through pictures. From the time you arrive, until the last minute of your event, you can rest assured that a professional photographer is documenting every area of your event. CD’s and/or DVD’s are provided once your event is over and include all pictures taken by Jay during your event.
Joy White
Joy is a graduate of Mississippi State University (1987) with a degree in Retail Floristry Management and Horticulture. Her experience in Design and Floristry make her a great contributor to the meetings and event industry. She has worked with well known designers and has made major contributions to the designs of meetings. Her experience in floral and scenic designs set her apart from the normal boring ball room meetings. When you are ready to experience a creative eye towards design Joy is the team player to make that happen.
